Local customs and etiquette
Hospitality is real. So is the need to be a considerate guest in homes, yurts, and sacred places.
Useful manners
Accept tea when you can. Use the right hand for food and greetings if you are able. Dress modestly in religious sites such as Sulaiman-Too. Ask before photographing people, especially at home or at a ceremony.
Yurt stays
You are in someone’s working summer. Shoes, space around the stove, and how bread is treated all matter. Your host or guide will show you; follow them rather than a viral list.
