What a booking is

A booking exists only after Oasia issues a written confirmation for named dates, services, and travelers. Website pages, chat transcripts, and inspiration itineraries are not bookings.

Parties and suppliers

Some services are delivered by independent guides, drivers, stays, and horse teams. The confirmation should state who is responsible for each element. This section must not be published as-is.

Payments

Deposit, balance, currency, and accepted methods will be defined after payment-provider and accounting review. No percentages are stated here on purpose.

Traveler information

We may need names, dates of birth, and later — through a secure post-booking flow — documents required by suppliers or authorities. Sensitive documents are not collected in the public homepage chat.
