This itinerary is designed by Oasia. Local partners verify prices, availability, safety, and operations before a booking is confirmed. It is not copied from another platform’s catalog, and it is not already field-verified.
Bishkek is usually the first night, and too often it is treated as a thin capital tour bolted onto a jet-lag morning. This journey is the opposite: parks at a human pace, Osh Bazaar with context, and time to sit down and eat. Ala-Archa is a different day, after a real night’s sleep. If you landed at dawn, we keep this afternoon-soft and send you to bed early.
Day by day
Meet after breakfast — or after a rest if you flew overnight. Walk a park axis of the city, then Osh Bazaar with someone who can explain what you are looking at. Lunch is the point of the day, not a stop between statues. Afternoon: a neighbourhood café or a small museum only if energy remains. Evening transfer back to your stay. No gorge drive. Overnight: Bishkek.
Included and not
Included
- A walking host for the agreed hours
- Private city transfers for the day as confirmed
- Lunch at a place we have actually eaten — named after local review
- Market time with context, not a shopping script
Not included

- Ala-Archa or any mountain outing
- Alcohol and personal shopping
- Visa fees, where they apply
How you travel
Accommodation. This is a day in the city. Sleep is in a Bishkek hotel or guesthouse booked separately or as part of a longer journey. We do not publish a hotel roster until availability is checked.
Transportation. On foot in the centre, with a car for the bazaar and any longer hops. Bishkek traffic is real; we do not promise a monument circuit by minibus.
Physical requirements. City walking on pavement and market floors. Suitable after a long flight if we keep the morning quiet. Tell us about mobility needs before we shape the route.
What to bring
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sun protection in summer
- A layer for evening
- Small cash for personal tastes
Safety considerations
- Osh Bazaar is busy; keep bags close and stay with your host.
- Air quality and summer heat can be noticeable.
- This is a working capital, not a pedestrian old town.
Cancellation
Changes and cancellations are handled according to your written booking confirmation. Supplier rules for stays, horses, and trekking support can differ. See the cancellation policy draft and ask Oasia to confirm the terms that would apply to your dates.
Permits and route registration
Some itineraries may involve border-zone permits, park fees, or route-related paperwork depending on the season and exact route. Oasia will confirm what is relevant after a local review. Do not treat this page as a permit checklist.
