Emergency and useful contacts

Know the official emergency numbers and your embassy. Oasia coordinates support on booked trips; we are not a rescue service.

Official channels

Kyrgyzstan’s unified emergency number is commonly listed as 112, with other service-specific numbers in circulation. Confirm the current official list before you travel; we will also include contacts on confirmed trip documents. Your embassy or consulate is the channel for lost passports.

How Oasia fits

If you have an active Oasia booking, you will have a human contact path for coordination: a missed driver, a sick traveler, a hotel that cannot honour a room. We help decide the next safe step. We do not replace ambulance, mountain rescue, or police. Support hours will match actual staffing — we do not claim 24/7 coverage on this page.

Travel insurance for Kyrgyzstan

Insurance is recommended and is not included in an Oasia journey unless your confirmation says so. Trekking needs extra attention.
